Announced at Photokina, Epson unveils the Epson Stylus Photo RX420 to enhance its comprehensive range of all-in-one photo solutions. This all-in one allows users to scan, copy and print photographs. Users no longer need a high-street photo lab with this all-in-one device that rivals traditional photo lab services and results. The Epson Stylus RX420 can produce 24 borderless photographs at home in under one hour. The Epson Stylus Photo RX420 offers high quality photo printing at very competitive prices. The all-in-one device costs €149, couple this with the low cost of Epson consumables and it becomes a very economical alternative to retail photo printing. The individual ink cartridges allow the user to replace one cartridge at a time. Individual ink cartridges are priced at only €9.99. Also available is the Epson PhotoPack, containing a full set of cartridges and premium glossy photo paper to make 100 photos. It costs only €38.99, resulting in an amazingly low cost per photo of around €0.39. This makes purchasing consumables as easy, cost-effective and convenient as purchasing a roll of film. The Epson Stylus Photo RX420, ideal for every digital camera user, from the novice to the photo enthusiast, produces highly durable photo prints at a resolution of 5760 x 1440dpi. "The Epson Stylus Photo RX420 provides digital converts with an attractively priced all-in-one device that caters for their needs," commented Jason Savage, Senior Products Manager, Photo Products. "It is an easy to use standalone device giving photo lab quality output at economical prices."
